"Such a beautiful area! Snomobiled from Stacyville in to Baxter including Shin Pond. I'll be back really soon.

Everybody was sooo nice up there too. Can't wait to go back."

-Dave P.

"We spend a week each summer in the park camping and thought it was time to do a snowmobiling trip. If there is a god's country you guys have it."

  • The Sebasticook Valley Area just west of Bangor, welcomes you with gentle, rolling hills and quite a number of ways to get you out on the water in no time.

  • The Southern Piscataquis Region is home to many charming small towns that still retain the architecture and closeness of another era.

  • Lincoln Lakes Region and Penobscot River are a sportsman’s and boater’s paradise. Visitors to the area enjoy public access to Mattanawcook Lake right in downtown Lincoln.

  • The Katahdin Region , about an hour's drive north of Bangor, is a true vacation paradise where the dramatic vistas of Mount Katahdin and Baxter State Park unfold along with untold number of recreational activities including whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and crosscountry skiing!

  • Moosehead Lake Region , to the west has beautiful mountains offer hiking experiences for all abilities as well as bird watching, scenic vistas, mountain biking, skiing, snow boarding and ice climbing and of course, some of the finest Moose watching in Maine.
